*PHOTO MONTAGE INSTRUCTIONS

You need to organize and prepare all your
memories so that we can create the video for you.
We can use photos/flat art from wallet size to 8x10, slides & digital jpeg images.

Please follow this easy five step process to help you sort and organize all your material:

1. Place all of your photos on a large table.
Go through all of your memories separating the best and most meaningful photos. Choose all candid photos that show character and personality; shots where the characters are doing something positive and fun. Photos that cover important moments or events like Christmas, Easter, Weddings, Birthdays, Graduations, Family Reunions, etc.
Try to avoid duplicated photos, and photos that don't say much. Don’t use out of focus photos - unless there is NO other choice.
If there are different sections, like childhood days, school days, newly weds, First Born ,etc. , you may want to group them in different sections.

2. Now you will decide how many sections you would like for your video.
Count how many pictures you have in each section, write down the information on a piece of paper, and include
the title to be used for the section and music choices.

FOR EXAMPLE:
“Our Ski Trip”
Number of photos: 40
Music enclosed: CD of Glenn Miller #3

Please put all different sections inside different
envelopes or plastic zip-lock bags and label them.

3. You must number each photo in the order you want them to appear, this can be done chronologically. Mark the sequence number on the back of the photo or slide mount. Use a dull pencil to mark your photos (sharp pencils can leave creases and ink can smear).

4. Pick out your Music*.
The music needs to fit the amount of pictures you have in each section. For example, if you have
40 photos in a section at 6 seconds per photo. (THE MATH) 40 x 6 =240 seconds ÷ 60 = 4 minutes.
You would need 4 minutes plus of music for that section.
*Music.
You can bring the music you feel will better match your own memories while watching those photos. This can be done only if the video is intended for home use and not for commercial purposes and the music was purchased and is owned by you.
Therefore, we require that you sign the order form with the disclaimer about copyrights.

5. Set up an appointment to bring your photos in and go over your order. (308-338-9664) E-MAIL
